Original BMS auf die Kapazität von CALB/CATL umsoften und auf SOH 100% stellen
Back in August I received a re-flashed BMS from Flipflop. Only this week I found time 
to switch BMS's and indeed the SOH is back to 100% . I will check this week what the range is now with my 218Ah cells.
Until know I just replaced the cells, using the original BMS and added the (corrected) www.twizy-forum.de/bms/91819-bypass-light . Drawback: not the full capacity can be used, before it starts de-rating (below 2 bars battery level). And the original BMS reduces SOH, which by now was 1%... Nevertheless even at 1% SOH the range was more than 70km.
