I found a Twizy in a storage that had been standing for years, and the Twiz was working good after a charge!
It was used by an advertising company, that had been ruined for some time, they use that car only for advertise things on the street, it has only 2000km mileage in it, and don't ever had a license plate on it.
I could buy it very cheapely because the Twizy has no documents, and we don't know about the battery ownership, -but in principle the ownership of the battery is purchased- so I probably can't put it back on the road, but she would do a good service on our farm.
As I heard Renault can disable these batteries/cars remotely, I want to avoid that, beacuse since I don't have any paperwork and I can't even prove ownership of the car, i can't go to RCI.
I didn't find any information of any communication unit or SIM card either in the car or in the battery, so I would ask for your help.

No, they cant. They could only get Informations and Access to the "Car" whenever its in a Renault Workshop and they give the RCI some Information.
It doesnt Sound good, because it's an electric Car, but the Twizy hasn't much electicity in form of Control Units. It has only what it needs to Drive (Like an very old Car, without all ob the assistence Units).
