First, you have to remove the airbag (there is a video from TC about this topic).
Second, you need to remove the steering wheel (during this operation pay attention to the airbag cable. To avoid damages to it, leave a little screwed the steering wheel screw, so that, when forcing the extraction of the steering wheel, it won't come off violently).
Third, remove the levers cover by pulling it.
Fourth, unscrew the dashboard (the two bottom screws) and pull the dashboard by hand as I alredy suggested you.
