PROJECT Twizy 45 with 15,8kwh and lot of power

Like I already posted I bought a 45 twizy with out battery and I am making it using using yuasa lev40 cells from my father becase they are the best ones that fits on the case i designed using all the posible space under the the seat and it stand out 3cm below the car.
That allows me to do a 16s6p configuration inside the de case. This gives me 96 cells and 15,8kwh.
When the project moves along i will update you.

Nice, but how are you going to get the DALY BMS to talk to the Twizy electronic?

Our idea is to create an independent battery with DalyBMS.

On the other hand, as we need to communicate with Twizy electronics, we plan to use the VIRTUALBMS with the arduino from DEXTER (thanks a lot for your work and inverse engineering)... we expect that all will go fine!

Obviusly I´m working with my father on Twizy. We will finish the battery in a couple of days!!!

But the Batt isn`t waterproof any more, is it?

That's true. I decided between waterproof battery or air cooled system and I selected the last option.

In Spain there isn't much rains, then, I tink that with a extended plate below the car covering all the components I will be covered...

The components of my battery is:

96 cells LEV42 with 3 mm between it for air movement.
Two pc fans (7000 rpm)
DALY BMS with all Serial LEV's connected
External connector with 16 + and NEG
External connector with AUX +48v
Two + Connectors (one for charging and one for main discharge)
Two - Connectors (one for charging and one for main discharge)
Two thermistors
Dranage system.

I expect that VIRTUAL BMS works fine... There is a lot of work and illusion placed in my twizy!

Well, I did it all according virtualBMS diagram and coddig the arduino with the virtualBMS firmware.

But the car wont start!!!!! It shows STOP and SERV lights and dont activate the Sercon logic relais neithaer main relais....

The error is DF 181, CHARGER POWER RELAY
I replaced the charger for a used one in working state theorically with same results.

Its a NIGHTMARE
