In the File “Devices.txt” in xLoader-folder is: Duemilanove/Nano(ATmega328);m328p;stk500;57600;
So I tried it with 57600
Time to upload over 20 min …

About one minute, no more than two.

Another thing to do is install another CH340 driver: there are a lot of fake one.
